November 10, 2009 4:35pm Gosh, I like this on so many levels. Painterly use of colors. The green makes the red hair pop. The shallow DOF makes the girl pop. Love the perfectly captured reflection. Must have a been a very still day.
October 19, 2007 6:48pm There's something almost reptilian about this model's face. And also, she kinda looks like a fireball. Love how her hand is all shadowy and frog-like, reflected back up from the water, as though she's waving to her own demise. There's something demonic in her eyes, as well. Frankly, I thought the posing and background of the other kitana photo was deadly dull, but there's narrative here, and peril, and a sort of dissonant allure.
