June 27, 2009 10:06am I have always loved images in which the face is obscured. I feel it creates a dynamic tension that adds an extra layer to the image. This one is striking in particular because it it is basically a monochrome and so the red in the eyes and lips leaps out from the frame in a particularly dramatic way. Outstanding work by all on this mesmerizing shot. regards. R
