April 30, 2010 9:40pm I love this shot on many levels. First of all, there is an earnest masculinity here. Although completely dressed, the ripped body is obvious from the deep pectoral groove. The retro feel, wardrobe and distressed wood all give a farm boy feel to this. The lighting is warm, subtle and plays beautifully. Skin, muscles and good looks are great. But to take the time and thought to create an image that sets a scene? That takes real creativity and genuine artistry. (It's more, much more, than just a hot model with overhead lighting.) Great shot!
