Constructive criticism - I wish the hat didn't disappear into the background. It makes it look like her head is partially missing. Maybe adjust contrast in Photoshop? I wish it was grey, striped or black as well. (Just my opinion... I am not trying to offend or criticize, but offer constructive criticism.) (It also may be my monitor settings)
