She is looking down emoting modesty and she is also covering up which keeps the theme consistent. Also the spacing is fine. The area on the left gives a sense of depth to the frame and keeping the subject of center keeps the image interesting. (previous posts: read about rule of thirds) Good job here. Keep up the great work.
Anyway, I like the covering. Keeps the image about the model rather than she just being an element. I'm a big fan of girls in underwear, so I like that, too.
My suggestion would be to frame in closer to the model. There's all that space to her left, which could be fine in another pic. There's just no geometry that leads my eye to her.
There IS a softness to this pics that is great. It's a pretty one.
