September 16, 2008 6:09am Would love to see many more close-up or other shots in your port with the extra color enhanced make-up like this. This is one of if not the best make-up in the port! The lips are so sensual and very inviting as well. :)
March 31, 2008 7:18am This is a lovely shot; almost iconic. I love the attitude of your head -- tilting like it's about to tip backward over your shoulder gives it an added tension that is multiplied by the eye line. Your narrowed, sensuous eyes and dramatic make-up (especially the lashes) make this all about the interaction with the invisible character outside the frame. Parting your lips ever so slightly injects just a bit more sensuality. The light is subtle and luxurious. Every element is working here -- lighting, color, and make-up. If there's retouching, I'm happy that it's not done to that plastic-doll level that's too common is today's "beauty" photography.
January 25, 2006 10:20am Very beautiful subject, but poorly photographed. A photograph is supposed to be 3 Dimensional. This guy uses very flat lighting. There isn't musch light in the eyes and no 3 Dimensional shadows on the face. Also looks as if he is slightly under exposing his image. If, he would have opened his F-stop up a little, the image would have been a bit more vibrant.
