November 19, 2011 2:16pm You're quite curvy for an asian! A rarity, and quite nice too, for a change!?! :D This shot really shows off your curves, very nicely!?! ;) To answer your questions about the Samurai Rising series. Underwater shoots are the toughest of any other type of shoot for models. These shots of the model doing a particular movement are repeated many, many times. So, while a model is doing a pass, swimming, posing, holding her breath, I am only getting anywhere from 2 to 6 frames each time, the average is 4 shots. With each look I shoot with a model underwater, I am usually shooting that particular look anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes. The bamboo rice picker hat was a lot of trouble. I should have typed that in ALL CAPS!?! It was very difficult. Between simply diving, and posing, she had to go underwater, let air bubbles out from under the hat, hold a samurai sword, and make it all look graceful. Hope that answers your questions? Best to you!
