a) Slow down on the snack foods. It appears you've been eating way too many chips, sodas, and cheeseburgers!
b) You might want to consider hitting the gym every now and again. Body's lookin' like it's gettin' away from you a bit.
c) None of the above! Just kiddin', man.
Seriously, I am always impressed with those whose dedication toward health and fitness is displayed in such a fashion as yourself. Great physique and look to you. Wish you nothing but the best!
