The hinted expression, glimpsed behind the long hair, is as enigmatic and chilling here as it is in the film I had in mind, and the purposeful yet inhuman crawling motion just as unsettling and predatory. You also seem to have married the concept to the notion of an escaped psychopath, and the strait-jacket makes an effective (and equally eerie) substitute for the death-robe of the "Ring" character. The wilderness road setting is appropriately sinister and forbidding, and very much in keeping with the horror movie atmosphere.
