What's your light setup in front? Looks like circular highlights in the eyes so i'm thinking beauty dish just over the top of the camera and to the right slightly judging by the nose shadow... I'm thinking also a hair light mounted on a boom over the top of her head which brings up that wondeful luminace in her striking red hair.
