My name is Peter O'neill, and I am a self-taught artist. My painting Two Minutes of Silence gained worldwide recognition and became the official memorial image for both the city of New York and the FDNY for 9/11. I own galleries in St. Augustine, FL Charleston, SC, and two in New Orleans where my original paintings, giclee reproductions, and my published volume of paintings, Mixed Emotions are sold.

I work mainly in oils and focus on the female figure and the emotions of women. I work both from life and from photographs, and I'm always looking for new subjects to paint. However, all shoots, depending on their nature, may pay up to 150.00 per hour.
