MY CURVES
I can’t be like no one else, I can only be me.
Though I have people that I love and admire, I have to embrace what makes me unique.
Tempted to become the cookie-cutter ideal of what society labels attractive in a woman in form and in presence…but no, I decline.

I am here and focused only to celebrate what is already mines…THESE ARE MY CURVES, natural, soft and solid at the same time.
Gentle to the touch…my outlines are not straight lines, you will find.

They are the curves that wrap around my shoulders, waist, breasts, legs and thighs.
I will not let you put me down because they are not “proportionate” to one another in size in your eyes.

I can’t be like no one else, I can only be me.
So much of my life passed by before I could see this and state this confidently.
Now I can truly love and accept me because a positive attitude and self love is key.

It is time to stand up and express, unwrap and expose my inner and outer beauty, for I am not the standard, the norm, I am more than that you see…I am my own definition of true beauty.

Hi everyone and thank you for visiting my portfolio.  I am a high-energy plus model & Spoken-Word Recording Artist also known as Poetikmind.  I don't mind working hard to get the perfect shot and I love to build with other professionals.  I am constantly looking to add new looks to my book.
I am looking for paid work but am also willing to negotiate TFP/TFCD with select photographers in exchange for tearsheets or something fresh and new.  I have many creative ideas and can design my own clothes, do my own makeup and style my own hair.  My look is versatile and my hair is naturally curly but can easily be styled straight. NOTE:  I no longer have bangs and my hair is currently dark auburn.

I am currently updating my look and book...stay tuned.
