1. STUDIO: There are a couple occupied offices in the back of the studio. If you require the entire studio to be vacated, you will have to book the other listing for this same space.

2. PARKING: There is normally enough parking for 4 cars. There is additional parking across the street in a residential area.

3. BATHROOMS: There are 2 women's and 2 men's bathrooms.

4: SPACE: The studio space is 36'x26', minus a small closet and a large conference room to the side.
