Note about CONTORTION or SPECIALITY bookings
Since most photographers seem to want this on the day without talking about it before- Shooting contortion is a speciality skill and a higher rate, it it something I train almost every day for years after all! It must be WARM to do flexibility work or it is dangerous for the muscles and causes injury if I am cold.... so if nude there must be a good heater and longer for shooting as I need to warm up correctly and stay warmed up during the shooting. It is very demanding on the body to shoot in a lot of these poses which is why I charge more.... a certain level of extra flexibility is fine in shoots, without warm-up I'm already much more flexible than most- but if you're wanting full splits, bend-backs, chest stands etc it must be discussed before.
