Currently, I am 18 years old and a senior in high school. I have been working with photo-editing programs such as Photoshop and GIMP for about 7 years. I am self-taught, but still plan on going for a degree in the digital arts. From this site, I would like to learn from others who have been in the field longer than I have how to improve my skills and become a better artist. The style that I have grown most fond of is higher-contrast images with colors emphasized to stand out from the rest to bring focus to a certain aspect, but I always enjoy trying out new techniques and styles to see what works best.
