I graduated in 2012 from Indiana State University with a B.S. in Physical Education. I will graduate with my M.S. in Physical Education in May of 2014. I have a background in Exercise Physiology, strength and conditioning, nutrition, health, and fitness as well as modeling. I am certified in CPR and First Aid. My prior work experiences include volunteer work as a personal trainer at my local YMCA, personal trainer and class instructor at Fitness Experts, health/fitness consultant and class instructor for the Wellfit Corporation, and Physical Educator for Indiana State University . I have been a personal trainer for 7 years and has worked multiple jobs within my field of study.
