To all who ask about my post processing techniques, currently I am not teaching how I process my images. I researched my technique for a year and a half and I have finally found an editing process I am happy with. I encourage you to do the same. There is no magic button in Photoshop which makes your work look like mine. I start with lighting and white balance and go from there.

My passion is pin up and glamour but I am always open to new ideas and creativity. If you have a project in mind I would love to hear it.

One of my strengths my facility with digital retouching tools. I can do anything from subtly tweaking the colors of an image to full-blown masking and com-positing. When you hire Jim to shoot an assignment, he retouches the best images from the shoot and includes these on disc along with all of the untouched images. This allows you to immediately use the best images in print or on the web, while still having the freedom to use any image from the shoot.

I am looking for serious models who will show up on time and want to work towards their goals in this industry. I will do select TF* shoots so don't be scared to ask.

I do allow models to chose which images they want finished.  Only edited, finished images with my watermark may be printed or published online.  If I finish a different image for my portfolio, you will also obtain a digital copy of this image or the series created.

As too many models schedule a shoot and after extensive correspondence, never show or cancel, a phone number must be provided and a phone conversation will be expected before scheduling the shoot.  I do expect at least a 24 hour notice if unable to make shoot.  None of this "I will be there in the morning at 10 am" and not show.  This is showing total disrespect and this behavior will result in no additional shoots unless standard fee is paid.
