About Me
I am not a moderator anymore. (Haven't really been active on this site for years because work keeps me too busy, unfortunately.)
I'm temporarily retired at the moment since I am doing software engineering & UX work for a startup ( http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/technicalillusions/castar-the-most-versatile-ar-and-vr-system ) pretty much more-than-full-time until summer or so, but I plan on getting back into modeling and theater a bit for fun once the first production run of castAR has been completed. --- Here are some examples of the sorts of shoots that I want to work on once I have more free time: http://www.modelmayhem.com/list.php?list_id=63062 Preference is given to shoots that can provide a makeup artist and costuming. My personal wardrobe is limited to business casual, jeans, t-shirts, and hiking gear. (Quite a bit different than what's in my portfolio!) Due to rising transportation costs, preference will be given to locations within a half hour drive from downtown Seattle. Out-of-state travel isn't entirely out of the question, but I will probably have to have other reasons for going to justify the time and expense. March, June, early-to-mid August, and mid-November to early December are usually too busy to shoot during. I do not do nudes, swimwear/lingerie, art modeling, promotional modeling or hostessing. Offering pay for those does nothing for me - if I wanted to make money on the side, I'd freelance my professional computer programming skills. Okay, now that I sound like a total pain in the ass, let me try to assure you that I am actually super easy going in person. I'm a huge nerd, and while I love to be silly, I can buckle down and be serious when the project calls for it. I can take direction and hold poses, but I can also be fluid and do my own thing once I've gotten comfortable being around new people. Setting expectations up front goes a LONG way to making everything run as smoothly as possible. Please feel free to check references; I go to great lengths to maintain a reputation for being reliable and easy to work with. Verified Credits (0)Worked with Josie Nutter?
