I am a retired Federal government employee who has turned a lifetime hobby into a second career.    I have a well-equipped studio  in a luxury condo in Crystal City near National Airport, about a 10 minute walk from the Crystal City Metro stop.  I also teach photography in the Adult Education Program of a local public school system.

Since I am now attracting a fair amount of business, I am cutting back on TF shoots.  However, if you have a neat idea, hit me up and I will see if I can schedule you.

Unless I have worked with a model before, I encourage a meeting prior to the shoot and for female models strongly encourage the presence of an escort.

As a photographer with a lot of work experience, I know the value of a strong work ethic.  I show up on time ready to shoot, and turn around results quickly, usually within a day.  Just as important, I am doing this because I enjoy it, and strive to make every shoot fun for both the model and photographer.  You can see more examples of my work at my pbase site, http://www.pbase.com/jcassatt.
