My name is Yancy Mendoza and I’m an artist/photographer based in the Sacramento area of California. Capable of shooting many different styles and genres, I am more than happy to work with models of any skill and experience level.

My primary goal to to continue to exhibit my work in both art galleries and festivals/exhibitions, which I have done extensively both nationally and internationally.

Yes, I know there is a lot of strong content on my port. But I don't expect all models that I work with to do nudes or erotica. I absolutely respect your comfort level. I do, however, expect you to give 100% and to challenge your own notions of what you think you are and are not capable of creating!

Unless I've made a prior arrangement with you, as of January 1, 2011, I am no longer paying models. Please understand, this is not a lack of respect for the hard work you do or a comment on your talent or abilities. But I invest considerable time and expense in my shoots and the quality of my finished work is, in and of itself, equally worthy of compensation. I am willing to discuss trade always and am more than happy to shoot content for your website. I'm also willing to assist with travel expenses. Otherwise, unless I've contacted you, please expect to be charged a nominal, negotiable fee. Don't let that stop you from contacting me - my rates are very reasonable and I will still offer TF's if it is something that will benefit both of us.

I am now actively shooting in my own home studio space. Most of my recent work was produced in this space, which is available for rent, including equipment, for a nominal fee. I can also provide instruction/guidance on using studio lighting and set-ups. So even if you've never shot in a studio or with studio lighting, I promise you awesome images and a great learning experience!
