Greetings, Loved One!

a bit about me...
after years of pursuing modeling as my passion, i have made a dedicated shift to pursuing the art of YOGA. i first started taking yoga classes to get in better shape for modeling. seemed to go hand in hand, strike a pose, hold a pose... ;-) i found that it also helped me minimize stress and come to Love myself more fully. having intentionally put myself in a situation day to day going for jobs up against the most gorgeous, thin, young women on the planet; often facing rejection leading to self-deprecation; developing habits that did NOT work for me and made me feel miserable (i.e. yo-yo dieting, negative self-talk, etc.)
thru the practice of YOGA i got in touch with my body in a new way that brought me a tremendous amount of humble respect for all this body does to keep me alive!! i became certified to teach yoga and have been teaching for almost 5 years and i absolutely LOVE it!! i am currently making myself available as a healthy-lifestyle coach, so feel free to message me with any questions about yoga or nutrition and i am happy to share my knowledge!!

i am also open to accepting paid modeling gigs, modeling for a good cause, and will occasionally reach out to get some new photos as a hobby. feel free to reach out and say hello! :-)
