I would like to know are there people that will rent space in there home or estblishment,  to photoghagher to do photo shoots in. I'm Northern Viriginia.

I've had good results in speaking with local insurance agents offices.  They are usually located in strip malls and they sometimes have an "office within an office"...basically a room with a door, empty desk and electrical connections.  Some even have a window for natural lighting availability.  I have offered to "rent" the space for a day or even for a weekend as many offices are open 7 days a week.  Smaller, independent agents are more receptive than agents that work for the "BIG - named" companies.  This may be an option for you.
