I am adding more to my on hand wardrobe for those shoots when we need something extra or special. I keep available items from t-shirts, sunglasses and lingerie to wedding dresses and mink coats (no I don't want any PETA type comments, Thanks). So as I add more now I thought I would ask for suggestions of more items and brands to keep avaiable. Corsets to dresses to costumes or bikinis, I would love to hear your thoughts. And if you have any favorite shopping sources online, please pass them along.

Thanks

Vintage hats! They're great for head shots. At the studio I work at, we invested into some shoes as well. We had models travel from other states that brought basically their whole wardrobe, but one pair of shoes! If possible, go to a large fabric store, scan through their books and buy some patterns. If you dont have someone that can sew, find someone. We made costumes that hook in the back with velcro so that anyone can wear them. It was well worth it.

Scarves in all textures and colors.  They're versatile for wraps, props and covering heads and bare breasts.  Look for unique and funky ones in Goodwill and resale shops.
