Community edit.
Well had an idea, not sure if it would work or not. But I thought it would be fun to do one edit to a single photograph, then pass it on to the next person to do a single edit. Then watch over time how the picture transforms, after 5 pages or so, then collate all the single edits, and then post it as a video. What do you think? The way I thought we should do this, is to create a single psd of a mid rez file, say 4mp size? each edit would be done on a new layer, then re posted on your hosting. *edit* Lets make it three. May 25 09 08:16 am Link That sounds really cool! I am a little confused over what would or would not be a single edit though. A good alteration might take several steps. Could you elaborate on what a single edit would allow? I definitely want to play though! May 25 09 09:18 am Link Sounds like a fun game. May 25 09 10:16 am Link Well heres the image. http://dl.getdropbox.com/u/422082/_MG_6543.jpg I will clarify an edit, to change the look of the piece but only once. E.g A crop, A brightness contrast edit, a mask. If I allow three that will speed things up and give a lil more freedom. Please note the edits you have done, and please repost as a PSD when done to. Also please when you have done your three edits, place the layers in a folder if you have the ability to. May 25 09 11:58 am Link Thats a very good point, well thought of. Perhaps we should get a list first of people interested? And then I will create a list in alphabetical order. May 25 09 12:01 pm Link I used to play around with something similar to this called photoshop tennis... I think thats what you're going for. May 25 09 12:05 pm Link Sort of, but rather than back and forth, just going to an end product. May 25 09 12:06 pm Link Ok, I'll start.
