hello my name is filiberto avila and I am a photographer based in Sacramento CA. I started surrounding myself around art about 8 years ago by taking classes in high school. I enjoyed expressing myself through painting and drawing everything that crossed my mind. The fact that I was able to use my imagination to create new things based on how I felt, showed my emotions in ways I couldn't express in words. I would draw different kinds of things from landscapes and sky scrappers to animals and cartoon figures. It was my world. I did though modeled for 2 months in between time to time. When I turned 22 years old I visted a couple museums and I was astonished. As I continue to experience the wonderful art, I seen photographs. I instantly felt something new, a connection to the photographs, a new kind of art was presented to me, art photography. Now I have 8 years in this photography world and still continue to create new photographs of my own.
