I'm Eklisi, a self taught digital artist from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. My aesthetic is all about celebrating delicacy, elegance and beauty, be it in a soft or a rough way. Poetry is very important to me and I make a point of being vague enough to allow personal interpretation and relatability in my conceptual work. I'm interested in painting original portraits or mixing painting with photography for design centric effects. One of my goals is to develop connections with models that fit my aesthetic and make art good enough to be sold as fine art prints.

Why I am on ModelMayhem

I'm a game developer by trade, so I studied IT and have a long career developing games, simulations and leading teams who do that.
However, I'm also a painter and now I'm trying to develop this trade. I'm very interested in the fashion and modeling business, so I'd like to make connections in this community so that I can legitimize my work by collaborating and learning from professionals.
Model Mayhem may be very important to me because I didn't participate in any art, fashion or modeling circles. So I could make valuable contacts here.
Maybe I could be of use as an artist too and collaborate with paintings to any projects I may be invited to.
