Hello, my name is Alyssa, I am 26. I live in Chicago, such a great city full of artists. I currently am updating my profile. I am now working on my own projects, I no longer work for other companies or anything. I find I am happiest doing this, and have come full circle to what really matters to me and my passion. I am up for collaborations still, or some freelance contract work.

What styles I look for, you need to be able to do:

MUA's: Dramatic, contrasting colors, natural/nude, pin-up, stencil/shapes on faces

Hairstylists: natural, pin-up, any other retro styles, specializes in updos, extensions

Models: take good direction, willing to travel to locations if needed, professional, bring your own clothes appropriate to the shoot

All Models/MUA's/Hairstylists will have to sign a release form. Models bring your own clothes according to what kind of shoot we're doing. I can help finding Hairstylists/mua's, but if you want to bring your own that's fine. Bringing an escort is fine, but They will have to sit out to the side and not bother you while you are working: no texting, no talking to you while your modeling or distracting you, my shoots are easy going but I don't like when your friend is overly chatty. I am a female photographer, so I do require if your bringing an escort I need their full name, and provide a photo I.D. for my own records of who steps into my studio. I keep a log of everyone I work with, and who comes along. So if your escort doesn't like this, then find someone who doesn't mind.

SHOOTS: If you request a certain kind of shoot and work you want to do, then I charge. Unless it is something I am already previously interested in doing. I don't think it's fair for models to dictate what they expect from us, when it's something we aren't interested in doing and won't do anything for our portfolio. Also, if you message me about a shoot you want to do, do not tell me " I have some concepts I have been thinking of doing,..." I like to get to the point, if you are serious about modeling, then you already have an idea of what you want to do. So tell me in detail in the message what your looking for in a photoshoot, and it will give me a better idea of what I can do. I've had models go back and forth for weeks about what they THINK they want to do, and then never settle on doing anything. It's a waste of both our time.

Photographers: If your looking to collaborate with someone, or need another photog for your shoots or events, message me and tell me what you need from me.

Hairstylists/MUA's: have your own foldable tabletop to bring with you, it's frustrating when I have to run out or run around trying to find something to put your things on. I have a big table you can use, and that's it. I don't have a table with a neck crane that will bring you your things up to your face. Please don't expect me to provide the impossible for you. I also have a bathroom, I just ask that you keep it clean and don't stain anything in my bathroom, or burn anything. Be professional.


With all that said, I look forward to working with you. I know I make everything specific, but it's the most work efficient way when you have everything together, and ready. Planning and preparing for shoots takes time, and my time is precious, as I'm sure yours is as well.

TFCD is all I can offer. I am not doing printing at this time for TFP work.
