I am a Columbus artist who moonlights as a fashion designer, creating one of a kind pieces built from upcycled, salvaged, new vintage, and sometimes new materials. I love classic silhouettes, particularly those of mid-century America, with eccentric contemporary detailing. The tagline for my shop is “New and Upcycled Designs for the Modern Adventuress”, and I try to build clothes for brave, daring women with unique voices. I have been running my Etsy shop for almost one year now, and I have been very lucky to connect with many of the exact women I imagine when I design. In the photos I have posted, my sister truly represents an ideal model for my clothing.

My more thorough training is as an artist: I hold a BFA from The Ohio State University, and I take a great deal of inspiration from my love for art history. In addition to feverish sewing, I am a painter and an art educator. I take all my own photos, though I'd love to collaborate with a photographer if I get the chance.
