I was trained in traditional and contemporary painting while I studied advertisement back in my country of origin, Argentina. I also worked as a traditional character animator for many years before making my transition to Photography.



I am originally from Buenos Aires, but thanks to my artistic skills, I lived in cities such as Auckland (New Zealand), Sydney and Melbourne (Australia) where I was several times sponsored to work in different featured video projects including the very first ever Walt Disney Academy Award Nomine for Best Short Animated Film, “Redux, Riding Hood”. In 1999 I moved to USA and lived in Florida for a few years. Later on I relocated to CA, Hollywood, where I has been enjoying its interesting culture since 2005. I am bilingual and has always loved traveling



As a former senior cartoon character animator that I am I love portraying and working with actors. The most essential quality of a traditional animator is her ability to give the necessary nuances to a character to give him personality and self-style. A good portrait photographer deals with similar challenges. She has to have the necessary skills to capture the precise moment when the character reveals their true nature. A cartoon character animator gives human qualities to things/cartoons, while a photographer will freeze those qualities at the right frame. When animating a character, John Lasseter of Pixar says, an action must exist for a reason. When an actor acts, every movement of his or her actions has a meaning which is the result of a thought process. The work of a good portrait photographer is to capture those thoughts in a shot. And this is what I am interested to accomplish and deliver.



My goal today is to photograph people's characters and bodies, the fullness and triviality of life, and create with it interesting, meaningful and lasting images.

TF : I only want to work with people who are dedicated and responsible.

My photography style is geared more towards dramatic Fashion and Beauty, but it is not limited to that area. I am open to other people needs and ideas.
