I have been a photographer for over 20 years. Although I do not rely on photography for a living, I aim for professional standards and many of my photographs have been published in newspapers, magazines, booklets and advertisements. I also use my images in competitions and exhibitions.

My main photographic interests are fine art figure and nude studies, as well as landscape and urban photography. I am not particularly interested in "glamour" photography, unless it is done in an unconventional, artistic way. My aim in both landscape and figure work is the same: working with the light and the subject to create beautiful, evocative images. Most of my work is in monochrome, although I do also sometimes use colour.

I am highly professional in my approach to photography, but also friendly and easy going. I never ask models to do anything they are not comfortable with. I like to discuss my ideas with the model and enjoy working with models who bring their own ideas to the session. I am happy working either in the studio or on location.
