My name is Raven Monroe. I rather go by my first and middle name "Raven Monique" when it comes to modeling. I am multi-racial. My mother is African-American and Native American and my father is Costa Rican. I'm originally from Uniondale, NY and live in Uniondale, NY. I'm currently in college hoping to become an OB-GYN in the future. Im very fun and outgoing but I can also be really quiet. I love to meet new people. I'm often told that I am "photogenic." Being a model is a dream that I've aspired since I was a child. I have a passion for taking photos. It's something like my comfort zone. For me, it's a way to express myself and show how I'm feeling. I haven't had professional shoots done yet but I receive a lot of acknowledgement from my unprofessional photos which is a motive for for me. You have to start somewhere right? If I can rock an unprofessional photo then my professional work should be "mind-blowing." Now that I'm old enough I want to take the initiative to make my childhood dream come true on my own, which brings me to Model Mayhem. I'm hoping that MM can help me start my journey into the modeling world.
