M. Scott Whitson (Mike) is an award winning photographer and designer born and based in Philadelphia, PA. His large body of work traverses many genres and has gained acclaim all over the world.

Mike got his start taking pictures at skate parks and hardcore shows, and took his first darkroom class at Woodward Skate Camp at the age of 16. As soon as the paper hit the developer and an image began to emerge, his destiny was sealed.

Whether photographing super models, politicians, actors, executives, musicians, doctors, or the average citizen, he seeks to imbue each of his subjects with a larger-than-life persona, elevating them to superhero status… in pictures anyway.
