Be Iconic not only sings about the rollercoaster ride love takes many of us on, but he also sings about real life experiences. Be Iconic hopes to bring reasoning to life’s ups and downs through song. After deciding to pursue music professionally, the work remains fun and full of excitement, but his dream of being an entertainer is becoming a reality. With his life in high speed, Be Iconic spends his time writing, singing, dancing, meeting fans, and promoting himself and other local artist. Currently, Be Iconic is working on his debut EP “In My Twenties” produced by JK. The tracks on the album are reflections of parties, life’s battles, falling in and out of love that he has and continues to experience in his twenties.

While busy writing new music, long hours in the studio, and keeping up with his followers/fans on Twitter (@beiconicmusic), Be Iconic makes time to perform in local clubs and bars across the United States. Recently, he performed with another Bay area artist, Phia La’Mour, in Long Beach, California at the 5th Annual Indie Showcase, presented by LAvish Entertainment. When Be Iconic performs one is guaranteed to witness: high energy in any venue; seductive dance moves for the ladies; and raw, smooth sounding music for his audience. “I love being on stage, singing about my life, knowing I’m touching someone else’s life in a positive way. (It’s) energizing, even when I’m dead tired. Who needs sleep when you know you’re making a positive difference in someone’s life by being up on stage?” said Be Iconic, as he reflects on performances.

Be Iconic was born in Berkeley, California. Growing up in a home that valued athletics and music gave Be Iconic an opportunity to learn from failures and successes in sports and how they relate to life. He was also introduced to the meaning of music and how the simplest word can change someone’s life forever. These two characteristics provide Be Iconic with daily reminders to celebrate big and small successes and move beyond failures, in sharing his story through song
