I prefer natural settings and natural light when photographing people. I enjoy finding locations where models can interact with their environment and we can capture the moment more often than setting up a shot.

Most of my photographic experience is not in the art modeling area. I have a Bachelor of Photography from a university in Australia, where I focused on underwater photography. I like to shoot macros of critters, plants, and other random things. But as far as people go, I have worked in photographic restoration, group/team portraits, equestrian events, school portraits, family photographs, and the occasional wedding when I'm hoodwinked into it.

I enjoy working with other artistic spirits. I've found that two photographers can photograph the exact same thing and come away with completely different images, each reflecting a piece of themselves, and at the same time collaborate to build their ideas together to create something better than they might have on their own. The same is definitely true for working with models, and I think that is why I have found myself here. I have learned that photography as an artistic outlet is taken to a whole new level when I can share that process with others and we can create something that is greater than the sum of its parts.
