My name is Micah LaCerte I am a Personal Trainer, Life Coach, Published Author and Professional Fitness Model.  My main goal is to get you in the best shape of your life and find your inner happiness again.  I designed this Online Personal Training program so I could work with anyone regardless of where they live for a much more affordable price.
