Fell in love with film, seduced by colour and finally married to photography. As an artist and professional photographer, I aim to create images that travel beyond the normality of everyday life. I try to concentrate my efforts in bringing forth a extraordinary quality that is hidden just below the surface of the skin, creating honest yet flattering imagery. My inspirations come from sharp graphic design, formulating strong compositions and classical paintings that use light to connote form and shadow to define line. Photography to me, like any other art form is the embodiment of intention, creating a communication between the subject matter and the viewer; dividing my attention to both the critical execution and conveying the message in the image. This aspiration to blend narrative with technique has lead me to attach my jovial and fun outlook on life to my viewfinder.
