Hi Everyone!

My name is Mae and I am half Japanese-Korean, which is a very unusual mix that I find very unique in myself and that I am very proud of.  I am a mother of four beautiful children but am told constantly by friends and strangers that I don't look like I could possibly have children or even have four, which I am truly blessed with having such good genes.  I grew up on Mercer Island, which is considered a pillow-talk town.  Everyone knows everyone which at times made life a bit of a challenge but at the same time it simplified certain aspects of my life because everyone knew each others business.  It was an incredible place to grow up and I learned from my upbringing on Mercer Island the importance and value of specific qualities that are so vital in today's society such as respect, honesty, trust, and loyalty, which I believe go hand-in-hand not only in our daily lives but even more so within the modeling industry.  For me, these are required qualities that I look for in a person before I work with them because if I do not feel comfortable and the atmosphere is awkward for both myself and the other party then I know the pictures and the quality of them are not going to be up to par and a waste of time for both parties.  So with that said, I joined ModelMayhem to expand my network and meet other people who have similar goals and values that will either enhance and/or advance me in my modeling career.
