Styling and creating beautiful art with hair is my passion.

I am a licensed cosmetologist. I have been in the industry for 8 years and decided to branch out of the salon to do hair and makeup for photography and film. I’ve always been an artistic person and I feel fortunate to be in a profession where I can take that ability and enthusiasm into creating different personal looks and styles.  During a shoot I can offer suggestions as needed, so that we can collaboratively create a look that is perfect. Although I take direction well, I really shine when I am given freedom to create. All my best work has come from someone telling me to do whatever I please.

I love to do updos and have specialized in bridal hair. I have been traveling onsite for weddings for many years and would love to build that business further. I would love to do a shoot with a wedding dress designer.

I love to cut and color hair and have had extensive training in doing this well. Although this is not something that is practical for the day of a shoot there might be a need for it sometime.
