I am a PSU Alumni, and although my major was psychology, I have a distinct passion for photography cultivated at a young age. I'm very spontaneous and usually acquire inspiration from my surroundings. I prefer to use natural and available light, though I'm not opposed to other light sources. I'm a huge fan of abandoned buildings and derelict homes. I feel that my best works have been inspired both by nature and decay. I like juxtaposition. I do my very best to make the model feel completely comfortable, however I find that if a model isn't confident, you can usually see it in her photographs.

When I shoot a wedding or a model, I like to make the experience as personal as possible. I like to get those little details, or those tiny moments that really give insight into what a person's personality is really like. Photography has taught me a lot about who I am and, in my opinion, it gives great insight into what a person finds most beautiful.
