Southern Productions was established in 1994 and has taken on many changes from inception.  Originally, we specialized in computer and network support, which we still maintain today.  Over the years as photography became more computerized with digital cameras becoming popular and main stream, more and more of our support dealt with photo storage, photo programs, and assisting our clients with issues relating to their digital equipment.  Since we were already supporting everyone else on their equipment, we felt it was time to move into the photography sector ourselves.

I have been an avid amateur for many years and since 2007 have been working on professional shoots.

I am available for small weddings, select events, model shoots, product promotions, portfolio improvements, etc... 

Myrates for events are very reasonable and I can meet with you to tailor something for almost any budget. I am still open to doing TFCD work for select models that will help to build my portfolio.  Photography is one of my most enjoyable activities!  If something seems like it might be fun, we may work something mutually beneficial.  If you have an idea for TF* you want to try but don't know if a photographer would go for it, you won't know unless you ask!  I love to hear your thoughts!

I use reliable, Nikon DSLR equipment and offer limited Photo Shop editing for your photographs.

Please take into consideration I classify myself as semi-pro at this point and am looking to gain experience here as well as working relationships with local clients.

For ALL shoots, I use a blanket model release form for my shoots to comply with the new age verification that is being imposed by MM as well as other sites. As of March 2009, we are also required to have a copy or photo on file of your valid ID to comply with the new standards for age verification. (This will of course not be presented with your photos, but must be on file for compliance). The release also gives us the permission to edit your photos for blemishes, etc.  If you have specific clauses you need in a release form, please communicate that with me before scheduling a shoot.  We can accommodate the addition of clauses while we are in our office, but can not modify the release on site.

While we appreciate all the friend requests we are receiving, please understand we have our profile here to enhance our business.  We will only be sending and/or accepting friend requests to others who we have been able to work with or know personally outside of Model Mayhem.  This will help tremendously when people want to check our references. Potential clients will be able to contact anyone in our list and know they are people who we have worked with and can give an honest opinion of our style, character, and abilities.  We hope everyone can understand the thought we have put into this and hope to work with everyone possible so the list can grow.

Typical Schedule:

Monday - Friday: After 5:30pm until 10pm
Saturday - Sunday: From 8am until 10pm

Some dates may open up at the last minute based on our schedules.  If you need a date that is booked or reserved, tell us what you have in mind and we'll see what we can work out.

Models on the 'Shoots that did not work out' list that have only missed one appointment with us can redeem themselves!  Just contact us to reschedule your shoot and once we are able to establish a good shoot with you, your name will be moved into the models we have worked with category and removed from the shoots that didn't work.

Models who miss two shoots will not be rescheduled.
