I enjoy working with models that have little or no experience to very experienced.  I like working with models with little to no experience because it gives me a chance to sit down with her before shooting and ask about what she wants and hopes to accomplish in the shoot. 

For the inexperienced model, In the beginning, I like to let the model pose on her own just to see what she knows and does. From there I might suggest a subtle little change in stance, hand positions, head turn or tilt, etc.  Some models like to be guided in what to do from the start and that suits me fine as well, as I am a very patient person and like to make my shoots fun.
