Finding beauty in our world is important to me. Through the medium of photography, I have been able to make a contribution of beauty. By documenting people and their cherished moments, unique personalities and prized events. I feel I share with them the captured details of life. Whether models, children, weddings, families, or portraits, my experience has taught me to approach each subject and situation with equal care and allow room for discovery to impact the image. Though photography is intrinsically intrusive, I have found that it is possible to have my clients produce a natural comfort which makes my camera seem hidden. I was born in a the small town of Astoria, Oregon. I was introduced to photography at a young age. Growing up many of my early childhood pictures were lost. So it has always been my passion to capture life's most precious moments. I later in life attended Southern Oregon University where I studied many different mediums of film and digital photography. I am still currently expanding my knowledge of the fine art and hope someday to be a world renowned artist. I finally feel now that I am educated and driven to start my professional career as a photographer and can only hope for great things to come in my future.
