About Me

I spent most of my life hating the way I looked. Poor eating habits and lack of exercise left me unhappy and unmotivated to change...until I met someone who would become my best friend, my fitness trainer, my nutritionist, and later my husband. Today, I am a Gym Owner and a Personal Trainer. The gym is my favorite place to be and Nutrition is my passion. I completed two Figure Competitions this year placing 7th in a National Qualifier and 3rd in a Regional Show. My goal is to become a Fitness Model. I hope to make some new friends here and open new doors to the modeling industry.
