Born in 1951 I am not a "Young Gun" any more but with my ideas and experience I believe that I am still producing exceptional location imagery! The most up-to-date example on this website is my image entitled: "Dee on wet sand".

I am a formally trained artist, graphic artist, Art Director and photographer with 40  years experience behind the lens. Between 1987 and 1991 I won 37 professional photography awards with both the BIPP and the MPA (the two largest bodies of professional photographers in the UK) I achieved the highest status of Fellowship of the MPA in 1991 for my work within the nude and beauty field. I was also invited to exhibit at the World Council of Professional Photography Exhibition in Orlando, USA. Having obtained Fellowship I did not enter for any more awards but sat on judging panels instead. At that time my work sold world-wide through Rex Features Picture Agency of London.

I also lectured on photography all over the UK, taught photography for my local education authority and worked in association with Gary Maxwell of Leamington Spa from 1992 - 2002.
Following my wife's cancer I went into semi-retirement for 6 years in order to look after her. Now I produce stock picture library work and Art Nudes for my own retrospective exhibition. I also write magazine articles, on many diverse subjects, and illustrate them with my own photographic images. In addition to producing my art photography nudes I am a regular contributor to H&E Naturist magazine.

My favoured overseas shooting destinations are Menorca and Croatia where I have considerable experience and very useful geographical knowledge for location work.

PLEASE NOTE: I have been out of circulation in 2010 and 2011 having spent much of the time in hospital. 2 emergency operations and 4 elective op's have put me back together again and I am fully recovered now. Don't worry, there is no danger of me dropping dead!

To save wasting your time and mine, I work with nude body aesthetics. I do not produce work for glamour magazines anymore having moved from erotic photography to genuine art nudes. I am a trustworthy chap - and I am CRB-Police-checked on an on-going basis as I do voluntary work for Myton Hospices. I have no criminal record whatsoever. Please note that I carry out my work with either my wife (Barbara) or my adult daughter (Jayne) as assistant.
I am only interested in producing superb, aesthetic, art nudes in landscape. Please do not contact me if you are not willing to be the subject of images similar to the ones that I have already posted upon this website (eg; "Dee on wet sand").

I was awarded an MBE (Membership of the Order of the British Empire) in HM Queen's 2013 Birthday Honour's List.
