Since I was young, I always knew I wanted to do something artistic. When I was 13 my sister introduced me to make-up and from that point I couldn’t leave the house without wearing any. Throughout my life I have done several things, but all of them revolving around an art-form that relates to make-up. I have done theater, fashion, art, photography, and with only little experience doing make-up in a movie and some weddings, I wanted to learn more about it so that I could make it my profession. Since I have attended Make-up designory in NYC I have taken classes learning about basic make-up, character make-up, and hair styling. With a background in fine arts, a degree in theater, and now with my new education at the Make-up designory, I feel like I am well prepared in my life to take on anything that comes my way. After all, make-up is just like painting a picture, only I’m telling a story on a different canvas.
