I first picked up a camera "for real" back in 1992 - passionately editorializing the goth/punk/hippy fusion of subcultures I was engrossed in at the time. This quickly grew into a related world of bringing these friends into my studio, and it was all downhill from there!

I've been creatively dormant for a few years - I moved to Los Angeles in 2006 to work in visual effects. I've accumulated credits on over 40 major studio feature films and hundreds of commercials (search for "Eddie Offermann" on IMDB) but in combination with my work in Virtual and Augmented Reality am preparing to resurrect my photography interests in new ways.

A significant portion of what I'll be doing commercially (and most eager to compensate for) will be erotic/adult - but I'm also looking at purely artistic ways of merging the photographic arts with VR/AR. I'm *extremely* technical (I'm a contributor to two patents so far for augmented reality hardware and applications) and deeply involved in Extended Reality R&D, so I'll also be seeking out models who are interested in participating in technical experiments. I will also be diving back into more traditional digital photography along the way, as relationships with models establish themselves and time allows. I most like shooting with people I can call friends - even if that means we've only known each other for an hour or two. I'm professional - but if we can't go away from a shoot feeling like we've had fun or done something we both liked, I don't see the point in doing it. Not even for money!
