About Me

I do mostly fine art portraits and work a lot in studio sets. I'm looking for dramatic and expressive material and am motivated mostly by the chance to develop not only great images, but an expressive body of work. I'm pushing myself to be a better storyteller in my work.

My photo shoots are collaborations with my models and I love those images that express a significant moment in time for the model, or of an idea the model, myself or both of us are trying to express.

I look to capture something caught between honesty and idealism. My photos aren't reality but they should tell us something of reality.

I have several ongoing projects that focus a lot of my attention and am looking for participants - essentially actors willing to play a role in a complex and satiric story of developing character. … It's all storytelling in some fashion.

Hey, I'm interested to come to America in future but at the moment while traveling is still difficult, I am offering remote shoots in Melbourne until March 4th. I'm currently working with other photographers to do remote/virtual shoots but I hope in future to get my own gear & do more on location remote shoots. I have a city central apartment with a rooftop balcony, large natural light windows, a range of backdrops & can use the buildings facilities of a gym, spa, pool & sauna as well as the indoor concreate fire escape. My rates for remote shoots are less than what I charge for in person shoots. Let me know how many hours you would like me to quote you for & if you like to pay by PayPal or a bank transfer to my UK bank or AUS bank. We would tether the camera to the laptop & screen share so you can control the settings/shots. We can chat over FaceTime or WhatsApp during the shoot.
