My name is Joey. I've been into photography for around 12 years now. I've only recently gotten into portraiture as, for the most part, I don't really like dealing with people.

I currently have a full-time job which does not allow me much time to pursue photo shoots. That being said, if you like my style and feel that you have a look or theme that would lend well to a collaboration with me please drop a line my way.

I am not ashamed to admit that I am awful with giving direction.

That's ok since I am a photographer and not an art director.

I have severe A.D.D and it's pretty impossible for me to shoot in a very structured manner, but I excel at being flexible and going where the moment leads me.

I am not the most professional person you will ever meet.

I am not someone who will lie to you or give you false hope.

My job is to make images, not manage wanna-be models.

I am not interested in helping you get on suicidegirls.com

I am not interested in helping you get on godsgirls.com.

I am not looking to take pictures of naked girls. I don't have anything against nudity if that is what the image is calling for, but I'm not out to get a cheap thrill by shouting orders at naked girls with self-esteem issues. I can get my jollies on the internet just fine thank you.

I am out to make pictures that I myself would want to look at.

I like dirt.

I like subtlety.

I like shadow and texture.

I do not put up with divas.

I do not deal with talent scouts.

I am done helping self-defeating people out for free.

Give me something interesting to shoot and I will capture it.

Spark an idea in my mind and stand back as it ignites.

If you expect to sit in a stool and look pretty please seek another photographer.
