My name is Shanta Hayes and I am a Freelance Makeup Artist/Fashion Stylist based in the MD/DC/VA area, but willing to travel. I am a graduate of Von Lee International School of Aesthetics’ Makeup program.  I provide makeup services/styling for all occasions. Looking for models, designers, photographers, stylist, and etc. to work with to build my portfolio, as well as, take my passion for this industry to tremendous heights.  I will do TFP/TFCD for a reasonable kit fee.
