State of Face is a makeup artist company based in Columbus, Ohio. It is headed by artist Joy Macke, who has been in the industry for 12 years and in business for herself for 5. Experienced in corporate work, commercials, tv, video, industrial, fashion, editorial and personal artistry services. I can also be hired to do light hair and wardrobe styling.

I'm available for a dayrate or for individual pricing. Experienced with sets, time constraints, running a show or taking direction. I do my best to give a client what they want and what they ask for. If they don't know, I ask questions, listen and use judgement to achieve the best look.

I can do light hair styling, but prefer to work with a hair stylist. I can be booked by dayrate as a "stylist" and also as an art director.
